Option 1- $560.00 – Seat Guaranteed - Certificate Ready

Fax in Registration Form with full Credit Card payment no less than 10-days before class weekend. Email confirmation sent within 24-hours of receipt of fax. Call if you do not receive an email confirmation.

Option 2 - $585.00 – Subject To Seat Availability - Certificate may be Ready

Fax in Registration Form with full Credit Card payment within 10-days of class weekend. Faxed in Registrations less than two days before class may be considered an unexpected walk-in resulting in Option 4 Course Fee.

Option 3 - $600.00- Subject to Seat Availability - Certificate may be ready

(Pay-at-the-Door) Fax in Registration Form with a Non-Refundable Seat Reservation Credit Card Payment of $150.00 no later than 10-days before class weekend and with $450.00 due at-the-door.

Pay-at-the-door Registrations that are Faxed in less than two days before a class weekend may be considered an unexpected walk-in resulting in Option 4 Course fee.

Option 4 – $650.00 – Subject to Seat Availability - Certificates Mailed

Attendee unexpectedly walks in for class without faxing in registration form.


Cash, Attendee’s Credit Card, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Employer Company Check, Authorization Letter required for Third Party Credit Card use; Personal Checks will not be accepted.

Registered Persons who miss class without 20-day written notice may apply original Tuition to a future prelicensing class One Time Only.

of the First Class a Student Registers For.

Bail Education Group or other Student Discounts FAQ


Q: Does Bailspeak offer any “group discount” or discounts for membership in a union or military discounts?


A: NO.  Discounting bail education tuition is specifically against the lawand could result in revocation of Bailspeak’s bail education provider approval.  A synopsis concerning the laws on this question and answer is as follows:

10 CCR §2105.3 (e) (4)


A course fee schedule may not have the effect of discriminating in the amount of course fees based solely on membership or lack of membership in any group or association, including employment by any employer.


10 CCR §2105.3 (e) (5)


No person may purchase from a provider the right to enroll a student in a course and sell that right to a student for more or less that the person paid the provider. No person may sell to a student the right to enroll in a course, or enroll a student in a course, and charge that student more or less than the person paid or will pay for the course.
